    I will break it down into a few focus areas to start with and then build on as you gain momentum. I don’t think anyone needs to feel pressure to be all or nothing when it comes to nutrition and health. The important piece to remember is progress over perfection on your journey to optimal health. I really believe this is true for everyone!

    A: Haha. Short answer, no.

    Long answer, I want to make sure that I am helping you to find more variety in the kinds of foods and meals you already enjoy. We may find swaps or additions to some of your foods and even a few similar recipe ideas. But I don’t want you to feel pressure to eat a specific list of foods, so let’s talk about how to increase the diversity of whole plant foods and see how it goes. Making healthy meals taste delicious is a non-negotiable for me. The way we prepare vegetables can make a world of difference and that’s why I will be sharing my favourite recipes with you.

    PS - It took me 36 years to appreciate an LOVE brussel sprouts. And now I get excited when I see a new recipe with them.

You get personalized support with digestive health, food allergies, heart health, energy levels, meal planning + cooking ideas, foods to eat or avoid and strategies for incorporating mindful eating.

    It’s not just about nutrition; sleep, hydration, exercise, time in nature and stress management all make a big difference in your health.
