I’m so glad you’re here.

You may be wondering how I got here too. Life has a funny way of working itself out. If I’m being honest, I wish I would have been able to get here sooner.

Flashback: December 2017. One night at a hockey game, I got sidetracked in a deep convo with my pal and we started daydreaming some big ideas. I was passionate about nutrition and helping others, but could I pivot my life? I was 37, 2 kids in, and planning to go back to school. I worried it was too late.

Flashforward: It’s never too late to change the course of your life.

What strikes a chord with me, as a Middle Aged Woman, there I said it, is the power we have in preventing chronic disease. It’s not genetics that hold the keys to your health, it’s you. And it starts with what we eat. It trickles down to how we live, sleep and think too.

Fact: it’s never too late to change the way you eat.
